EVODIA by ATMOCARE accepts returns on condition that the product is returned within 10 days of receipt of shipment. The returned product should have original packing should not have any physical damage and should be in delivered quality and quantity. The cost of the return shipment should be borne by the customer. A refund of the payment will be processed upon receipt of the returned product to the original mode of payment.

Products that are damaged during transit should be immediately reported through email (info@evodiaperfumes.com). Claims reported within 24 hours of the shipment only will be honored and proof of damaged shipment (photo/video) may have to be submitted to us for verification.

It’s very important to note that no returns apply to Aromatic Oils, except in case of a damaged shipment.
